Meeting on propaganda work in the third quarter, deploying tasks in the fourth quarter of 2023

In the third quarter, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department advised the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to issue the Project "Innovation, improvement of the quality and effectiveness of investigation, grasping and researching public opinion in Khanh Hoa province in the new situation"; Action Program to implement Conclusion No. 57-KL/TW, dated June 15, 2023 of the Politburo on continuing to improve the quality and effectiveness of foreign information work in the new situation... Under the direction of the Propaganda Department, the provincial Propaganda Department has focused on propagating: Anniversaries, political events of the country and the province; Party building work, building the provincial political system in 2023; combating illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing (IUU fishing); progress of key projects, highway projects in the province... In addition, the propaganda work to promote, commend, and honor good people, good deeds, and advanced models in patriotic emulation movements has been carried out with attention by localities and units. All levels and sectors have also promoted propaganda work on seas and islands; foreign affairs activities; proactively fought and refuted false information from hostile subjects... The propaganda work ensures official, quality information, suitable for the target audience, creating high unity in the awareness and action of the entire Party Committee, government and people in the province.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Le Huu Tho suggested that in the fourth quarter of 2023, localities and units should focus on disseminating: The results of the 8th Central Conference, the 13th Party Central Committee; the 6th session, the 15th National Assembly ; the 16th Provincial Party Committee Conference; the 11th session of the Provincial People's Council; the results of implementing the Central's resolutions on building and developing Khanh Hoa province; anniversaries, important events of the country, of the province... At the same time, localities and units must further enhance their proactiveness, timeliness, and creativity in advisory work; regularly monitor and grasp the political security situation, public opinion, and issues reported by the press to advise the Party Committee to direct timely resolution, avoiding the emergence of hot spots; pay attention to implementing the Regulations on the responsibilities of cadres, party members, civil servants, and public employees when participating in social networks; Actively fight against false and distorted arguments against the Party and State...
