High quality 3-line hybrid rice variety ADI No. 9 has a yield of 8.5 tons/ha

From the spring crop of 2024 to present, the Agricultural Service Center of Nong Cong district has coordinated with ADI Agricultural Investment, Trade and Development Joint Stock Company; Agricultural Service Cooperatives and Cuc Phuong Service and Trading Company Limited to implement a model of linking production and consumption of ADI 3-line hybrid rice variety No. 9 in Nong Cong district.

In the spring crop of 2025, implement a model of linking production and consumption of 3-line hybrid rice variety ADI No. 9, planting 200 hectares in the communes of Trung Thanh, Te Thang, Te Loi, Te Nong, Minh Nghia, Truong Son, Truong Minh, Van Hoa, Van Thien, Thang Long, Thang Binh, Cong Liem. This is a rice variety imported and supplied by ADI Agricultural Investment, Trade and Development Joint Stock Company.

Through the planting seasons, it shows that the 3-line hybrid rice variety ADI No. 9 is a rice variety with a short growing period, good growth and development ability, strong tillering, and even and concentrated flowering.

ADI No. 9 rice variety is less susceptible to pests and diseases than some other local hybrid rice varieties, so the cost of using pesticides is lower; it can be grown in two crops per year, has wide adaptability; the yield is from 80 to 85 quintals/ha, good rice quality, delicious rice, higher economic efficiency than the current rice varieties grown locally.
