| The leaders of Bang Lang commune are promoting and encouraging people to actively participate in the new rural development movement. |
Yen Phu village has 121 households, of which 75 are officials and Party members working in various sectors and professions. When embarking on the new rural development program, the village adopted the motto "Party members lead the way, the villagers follow" to promote the pioneering and exemplary role of officials and Party members in all tasks. Inspired by this spirit, families contributed hundreds of man-days and money to build concrete roads, install lighting systems, and actively improve their homes and alleyways, making them cleaner and greener each day.
Ms. Hoang Thi To Uyen from Yen Phu village shared: “Every tidy house and every clean road reflects the people's love for their homeland. On weekends, women work together to plant, care for, and prune ornamental plants, and maintain environmental hygiene to make the village landscape more vibrant. I feel very happy that the place where I live is changing every day, with people excelling in economic activities and actively participating in cultural and sports activities.”
With 178 households belonging to the La Chi, Dao, Tay, and Nung ethnic groups, Khun village has become a shining example in building new rural areas associated with community tourism development. In 2025, the village mobilized 500 million VND to open a 5-meter-wide concrete road, creating favorable conditions for trade and guiding tourists to the village. The village has 5 households operating homestays, 4 folk art troupes, and has also recently launched the "Khun Winter" tourism product. Thanks to its peaceful and friendly scenery, the village welcomes nearly 10,000 tourists each year, creating jobs and increasing income for local people.
