LCN Long Dai Company Limited has just completed the assessment and certification of FSC sustainable forest management for thousands of hectares of raw material forests.

Currently, the company has completed the restructuring of enterprises according to Decree 118/2014/ND-CP of the government . After restructuring and restructuring, the company's production and business activities are increasingly effective. In order to protect forest resources and forest land, every year the company's Party Committee and Party cells have resolutions on forest management and protection (QLBVR); leading the development and implementation of forest protection, forest fire prevention and fighting plans from the company to its affiliated branches in a timely and accurate manner; perfecting the Steering Committee for urgent issues on forest protection, forest fire prevention and fighting, closely coordinating with local authorities, agencies and units in the area to widely propagate to the people about the task of QLBVR, strictly handling violations in QLBVR work.

Pine resin exploitation contributes to job creation, income for workers and export processing.

In particular, the Party Committee of the company always focuses on proposing solutions to protect forests from the root, assigning forests to each person, identifying hot spots of deforestation and land encroachment to have appropriate plans; strictly implementing the motto "4 on-site" in PCCCR. The State's capital and the company's production and business capital invested in forest protection and management work always increase sharply, which has contributed positively to solving difficulties in the lives and activities of the forest protection and management force; encouraging the forest protection and management force to feel secure, committed, responsible, and have more motivation to protect the forest better.

Over the past 5 years, the company's raw material forests have been continuously developed in terms of area, productivity, quality and efficiency. The entire company has planted 3,677 hectares of forest; converted 607 hectares of ineffective pine and rubber forests into raw material and large timber forests. This has contributed to increasing the total area of ​​raw material forests and large timber forests of the company to 4,466 hectares. In general, the development of raw material forests in the past term is assessed by the company as comprehensive in terms of area, productivity, economic efficiency, social efficiency and environment.

Thanks to the correct determination of the strategic direction of the plantation business, in the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of the company has issued a resolution on sustainable plantation management and development of FSC-certified plantations. Up to now, LCN Long Dai One Member Co., Ltd. has become one of the pioneers in implementing sustainable forest management according to FSC standards with more than 30,000 hectares of the company's natural forests being granted FSC certification. In April 2025, the company completed the assessment and certification of FSC sustainable forest management for 3,783 hectares of raw material plantations.

Rubber trees are identified as one of the key crops. In recent times, the company has invested in planting, caring for, and fertilizing rubber trees, adding 594 hectares to exploitation, bringing the total area of ​​rubber trees exploited to this point to 1,000 hectares, an increase of 276% in area; latex output increased by 300% compared to the previous term.

Regarding pine resin, the company's total pine resin forest area is 2,132 hectares, the export turnover of processed pine resin products in 5 years reached 2,885,000 USD, contributing significantly to the province's foreign currency export target. In the 2020-2025 term, LCN Long Dai One Member Co., Ltd. exploited more than 800,000m3 ^of raw wood from planted forests, completing the resolution's target; exploiting secondary forest products under the forest canopy reached 100% of the plan; the fields of wood chip processing and pine resin processing both achieved high revenue, exceeding the resolution's plan.

In the 2020-2025 term, LCN Long Dai One Member Co., Ltd. had a total revenue of VND 1,031 billion, reaching 165% of the plan; paid VND 29.3 billion to the budget, reaching 115% of the plan; profit of VND 8.4 billion, reaching 120% of the plan; average salary of employees was VND 6.8 million/person/month, reaching the target set by the resolution. The company's capital investment outside the enterprise was effective, with an average dividend of more than VND 1 billion/year. The company has preserved state capital, has a healthy financial situation; and always fully implemented policies and regimes for employees.

The Party Committee of LCN Long Dai Company Limited has always paid attention to the work of building, consolidating and perfecting the Party organization, promptly perfecting and supplementing Party cells and Party branches, and arranging the Party organization in accordance with the production and business model and operating conditions of the company and its branches. The content and form of activities have been innovated, closely following the political tasks and in accordance with the characteristics of the Party Committee and Party cells. The Party Committee of the company always focuses on effectively implementing the work of educating political ideology, ethics and lifestyle for cadres, party members and workers; promptly grasping the aspirations and issues that cadres, party members and workers are interested in to promptly resolve them; creating conditions for cadres and party members to participate in political theory training and fostering classes.
