The ceremony took place solemnly in the school yard, with the participation of local leaders, parents' representatives, former teachers, all staff, teachers and more than 1,000 students of the school.

The flag-raising ceremony was conducted solemnly, showing the pride of teachers and students on the big holiday. Next, Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, the school's principal, read a welcome speech, reviewing the tradition of "Respecting teachers" and expressing gratitude for the contributions of generations of teachers.
Speaking at the ceremony, teacher Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, Principal of Dinh Cong Secondary School (Dinh Cong Ward) emphasized the special significance of the ceremony: “November 20th every year is a very important day for those who work in the teaching profession. It is an opportunity for teachers to be appreciated by students with songs, singing, and meaningful emulation movements. From there, each teacher becomes more aware of their responsibility, honor and pride”.

Teacher Ngoc also expressed her hopes for the new generation of Dinh Cong students: "We hope that our students will become people who do good deeds, sow happiness, and nurture knowledge to light up the future."
One of the highlights of the program was the speech of Do Phuong Linh, a 9A student, representing more than 1,000 students of the whole school. In an emotional voice, Linh shared: “Teachers not only give us knowledge, but also teach us how to be kind, courageous and kind people. A student’s success is not only measured by scores but also by personality, a heart that knows how to share and dreams that are nurtured every day under the roof of this beloved Dinh Cong school.”

Linh was moved to send her gratitude to the teachers of Dinh Cong Secondary School: "No matter where we go in the future, the image of our teachers will still be the most precious asset that accompanies us on every step of our journey to adulthood."
Within the framework of the program, delegates and the school presented congratulatory flowers; many teachers, classes and outstanding students were honored in the emulation movements to celebrate November 20. The school also presented flowers of gratitude to retired teachers - those who have devoted their whole lives to the cause of educating people.

In particular, the event of receiving the Certificate of Merit for National Standard Secondary School is an important milestone for the school. This is the result of many years of efforts to improve the quality of teaching, facilities and the emulation movement of good teaching - good learning.
The ceremony ended in a warm and proud atmosphere. Students presented flowers to their teachers, generations of teachers took souvenir photos, and teachers returned to their simple but meaningful joy: nurturing future generations.
Vietnamese Teachers' Day November 20 is not only an occasion for gratitude, but also a reminder of the responsibility of each teacher and the efforts of each student. With the values that have been, are and will continue to be cultivated, Dinh Cong Secondary School is gradually affirming its position in the capital's education system - worthy of being a national standard school, where dreams take flight.
