Hai Duong: New ward Le Dai Hanh will be the first to test operate

On the afternoon of June 15, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People's Committee, inspected the preparation for trial operation in Le Dai Hanh ward (Chi Linh city).

Le Dai Hanh Ward was merged from An Lac, Dong Lac, Tan Dan wards of Chi Linh city, choosing the current Tan Dan ward headquarters as the main headquarters.

Directly acting as a citizen performing administrative procedures at the Ward Public Administration Service Center, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung inspected and directed to draw experience, ready for trial operation, serving the people from June 16.

On the morning of June 16, Le Dai Hanh ward will organize a trial operation of the 2-level local government model with the contents of organizing the first session of the ward People's Council, the first session of the ward People's Committee, receiving and handling administrative procedures at the Public Administration Service Center.

The remaining 11 communes and wards with trial operations (Duong An, Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan An, Tan Ky, Gia Phuc, Thach Khoi, Mao Dien, An Phu, Nhi Chieu, Ha Bac, Kim Thanh) will start from the afternoon of June 16. The trial meetings in Le Dai Hanh ward on the morning of June 16 will be connected online to the remaining 63 communes and wards in the province to learn and gain experience.

For the People's Council and People's Committee meetings, comrade Nguyen Minh Hung requested that the locality prepare complete and thoughtful documents, and have a scientific , concise and methodical meeting agenda. The duration of each meeting should not exceed 45 minutes.

Chi Linh City Party Secretary Hoang Quoc Thuong requested careful preparation of scientific and technical infrastructure and discussion content, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere in the trial meeting.

The contents considered and discussed at the meeting must be suitable for the newly established ward, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere after the merger. Infrastructure and information technology elements must be carefully prepared to ensure smooth operation, especially the connection system, online reporting of meetings with the remaining 63 communes and wards to learn from experience.

Director of Hai Duong Department of Home Affairs Sai Thi Yen commented on some contents on the preparation and operation of the pilot meeting.
