During the past term, thanks to the innovation in operating methods and helping farmer members develop according to industry and occupation groups and creating a premise for collective economic development, the Farmers' Association at all levels mobilized and supported the establishment of 97 cooperatives, 614 cooperative groups, 32 professional Farmers' Association branches, and 277 professional Farmers' Association groups. There were 55,846 member households registering for excellent production and business households at all levels, of which 27,636 households achieved the title of excellent production and business households at all levels; nearly 2,000 farmer households were awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association at all levels for their outstanding achievements in the movement "Farmers compete in good production and business, unite to help each other get rich and reduce poverty sustainably".
Propaganda and mobilization of farmer members contributed more than 16 billion VND, over 116,000 labors, donated more than 367,000m2 of land to build and repair 454km of rural roads, 435km of intra-field canals, 119 classrooms, village meeting houses, 424 bridges, culverts... 100% of the Association's bases established the model of "Environmental protection and adaptation to climate change".
Support activities for farmers are carried out systematically. Nearly 20,000 members have received loans from the Social Policy Bank with a total outstanding debt of over 950 billion VND; the total capital of the Farmers Support Fund in the province has reached over 38 billion VND, 99 projects are being implemented and 631 households have borrowed. Supported 16,964 farming households with accounts on e-commerce platforms; 13,236 officials and members installed the Vietnam Farmers App... Coordinated with specialized sectors to organize 3,406 training courses on cultivation techniques, animal husbandry and disease prevention, fertilizer use, and agricultural land improvement.
Party building work has received special attention. The Party cell has strictly implemented regulations on activities, evaluation and classification of Party members; maintained discipline and order; focused on training moral qualities, studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Trained and introduced 551 outstanding members for the Party to consider admission; every year, 100% of Party members successfully completed their tasks...
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial People's Council Party Cell will continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Cell and Party members. Strengthen the work of Party building and rectification in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization and cadres. Promote solidarity, unity, maintain discipline and order. Continue to innovate and perfect the organizational apparatus, ensuring streamlining, effective and efficient operations. Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline; build a clean and strong Party Cell. Strive for the Party Cell to complete its tasks well every year, 100% of Party members to complete their tasks well or better; during the term, strive to admit at least 01 new Party member or more.../.
