Two major awards for Annual Report and Corporate Governance in 2024 were presented to Petrolimex

On November 16, 2024, in Da Lat City, Lam Dong Province, Vietnam National Petroleum Group ( Petrolimex / Group - stock code: PLX) was honored in the Top 10 best corporate governance enterprises in the mid-cap group and Top 20 enterprises with the best Annual Report in the non-financial sector at the 2024 Listed Enterprise Voting organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE).

Mr. Nguyen Duy Thinh, General Director of Vietnam Stock Exchange, presented the certificate of "Top 10 best corporate governance enterprises in the mid-cap group in 2024" to Petrolimex representative.

The event was held in conjunction with the 2024 Annual Listed Enterprises Conference with the participation of representatives of the State Securities Commission; leaders of the Stock Exchanges, the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation and representatives of nearly 300 listed enterprises, securities companies, fund management companies and other financial institutions in the market.

The voting council said that after nearly 6 months of careful evaluation, Petrolimex was among the group of 44 excellent enterprises, surpassing nearly 700 enterprises listed on both stock exchanges and was selected to be honored at the award ceremony. Thus, since 2022, in the HOSE vote, Petrolimex has been honored twice in a row as the enterprise with the best Annual Report and the enterprise with the best corporate governance.

The above results continue to be an affirmation and recognition from state management agencies, experts, and investors of Petrolimex's corporate governance model as it is approaching the highest standards, becoming more transparent, more modern, aiming at sustainable development goals, harmonizing interests with social and environmental goals, as well as committing to green energy for a sustainable development future.
