Navy gives comrades' houses to military families in difficult circumstances

Attending the house handover ceremony were former Vice President Truong My Hoa, President of Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund, Head of the Club "For Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa"; Comrade Dao Hong Phong, Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Long Binh Commune, Dong Thap Province; representatives of the Naval Region 2 Command; Colonel Nguyen Huu Luong, Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Technical Support Center.

The house was handed over to the family of Professional Military Major (QNCN) Nguyen Chi Dinh, an employee of Station 96, Technical Support Center, Region 2, Navy. The "Comrades' House" project started construction from the end of July 2025 to the end of September 2025. After 2 months of construction, it was completed according to plan, ensuring quality and put into use. With a level 4 house structure, a construction area of ​​100m2 including living room, bedroom, kitchen, corrugated iron roof...

The total value of the project is nearly 570 million VND; of which Vu A Dinh Scholarship Fund and the "For Beloved Hoang Sa - Truong Sa" Club and Lien Thai Binh Duong Import Export Company Limited supported 80 million VND; the remaining amount was contributed by comrade Dinh's family and relatives.

Speaking at the house handover ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huu Luong, Party Secretary, Political Commissar of the Technical Assurance Center, expressed his thanks to the sponsor, especially former Vice President Truong My Hoa; thanked the local government leaders and the sponsor for their timely attention and support to the unit in implementing military policy activities and military rear policies, affirming that this is a meaningful gift, a great source of encouragement for the family of Major Nguyen Chi Dinh.
