Dozens of students gathered and used weapons to fight each other.

Thai Binh Provincial Police quickly investigated and dealt with two groups of 25 teenagers who gathered and used weapons to fight each other.

Previously, on the evening of March 2, in Thuy Hung commune (Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh), a fight broke out between two groups of teenagers using weapons, chasing and causing chaos on many streets.

The incident left two young men with bruises around their eyes, and one motorbike with its rear license plate plastic part (fender) broken.

Immediately after receiving the report, the Investigation Police Agency - Thai Binh Provincial Police quickly arrived at the scene, collected evidence, and summoned relevant people to clarify the incident.

According to the investigation, the cause of the incident stemmed from a personal conflict between LHT (born in 2009, in Cao Duong Thuong village, Thuy Hung commune, Thai Thuy district) and PQT (born in 2009, in An Cuc Tay village, Thuy Viet commune, Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province), both 10th grade students at the Thai Thuy district ContinuingEducation Center.

Two groups of teenagers, friends of LHT including 10 people and PQT including 15 people, made an appointment to meet at the cultural house of Cao Duong Thuong village (Thuy Hung commune) to resolve the conflict, leading to a fight.

Notably, among the participants, there are many very young teenagers, aged 15 to 17, who are currently students.

Based on collected documents and evidence, on March 5, the Investigation Police Agency - Thai Binh Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecuting 7 defendants for the act of "Disturbing public order" as prescribed in Article 318 of the Penal Code.

Currently, the Investigation Police Department of Thai Binh Province Police is continuing to consolidate records, documents, evidence, and strictly handle the subjects according to the provisions of the law, in order to ensure security and order in the area and deter and prevent similar behaviors among teenagers.
