On the morning of March 6, a representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) said that the unit is completing the case file of a traffic collision involving a female driver who violated the "maximum" alcohol concentration while driving a car.

Specifically, at around 11pm on March 5, Traffic Police Team No. 6 received a report of a traffic collision occurring in front of house number 38 Tran Cung (Cau Giay District). Upon receiving the report, the unit quickly dispatched officers and soldiers to the scene to resolve the incident.

At the scene, the police determined that the car with license plate 30H-119.XX driven by Ms. LHT (born in 1988, residing in Tay Ho district) collided with the motorbike 30Z-568.XX driven by Mr. NVA (born in 1999, residing in Bac Tu Liem district).

After the collision, the two people argued, attracting hundreds of people to watch the incident. Many curious people even live-streamed the incident on social media platforms.

"We approached the scene, invited both drivers to take a breath alcohol test and go to E Hospital to take blood for drug testing," said a representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6.

Through alcohol testing, the female driver LHT violated the level of 0.573 mg/L of breath. This is a high violation level, 1.4 times higher than the highest violation level prescribed in Decree 100.

A representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6 also informed that the collision did not cause any casualties, the vehicle was only slightly damaged, but many curious people posted it on social networks, causing outrage.

"The fact that many people posted incomplete and inaccurate information on social networks led to increased tension at the scene of the incident, causing the traffic police to work very hard," said a representative of Traffic Police Team No. 6.

Currently, Traffic Police Team No. 6 is continuing to verify and clarify the above collision.
