Tay Ninh Business Association: Improving the effectiveness of business support activities

The Association has promoted its role as a representative and bridge between the business community and leaders of departments, branches, sectors, and socio -political organizations of the province; ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of members, while fulfilling its social responsibilities and obligations to the State, actively contributing to the socio-economic development of the province.

The unit always accompanies all member businesses with the core task of organizing business support activities; regular business meetings with a variety of topics; training activities; trade promotion; honoring businesses in the emulation movement " Tay Ninh Enterprises Integrate and Develop" in the period of 2021-2025... Thereby, contributing to encouraging and supporting businesses to overcome difficulties and continue to maintain production and business activities. By the end of 2023, the Provincial Business Association has nearly 160 members.

Currently, one of the Association's activities that is highly appreciated by the business community in the province is the Business Coffee program held monthly. Mr. Vu Thai Lanh - General Director of Lanh Group Joint Stock Company said: "By participating in the program, businesses can dialogue with agencies and departments, raise difficulties and problems to get answers and solutions. Through this channel, businesses also share experiences in management and operation, helping other businesses develop."

Mr. Trinh Quan Vinh - representative of Kim Nhu FnB Company Limited shared: “This is a very useful program, creating opportunities for young and new businesses to meet, exchange and learn from the leading and successful businesses of the province; thereby, having the opportunity to promote products and develop in the future. Through the program, we also learn more information, documents, guidelines and new policies of the State and have agencies, departments and branches answer questions and difficulties in their operations”.

According to Mr. Tran Huu Hau - Chairman of the Provincial Business Association, in the near future, the Association will establish more Committees such as: Policy Committee, Trade Promotion Committee, Foreign Affairs Committee, Training Committee, Finance Committee... to comprehensively enhance business support activities.

From there, not only will we resolve obstacles in business operations, but we will also find out difficulties and problems related to State policies and regulations that many businesses need to resolve, such as regulations related to taxes, land, resources, etc.

“The Association will represent the business community to make recommendations on policy amendments, and at the same time recommend appropriate and open policies for business development. The Association will also be an intermediary and mediator in resolving business disputes, connecting businesses so that they can continue to cooperate, bond, and develop together,” said Mr. Hau.

With the motto "Firmly and confidently integrating and developing", the Association determines that in the coming years, it will promote the solidarity of the business community, seize new opportunities, innovate the content, form and method of operation; strengthen activities towards protecting the interests of member businesses, improve the effectiveness of business support activities, and be a reliable bridge between local authorities and businesses.

The Provincial Business Association will add more programs related to digital transformation; approach business difficulties and support in responding to the government, proposing policies to reform administrative procedures; connecting with foreign associations.

The Business Coffee program continues to promote its existing spirit, creating many new topics, integrating the dissemination of legal knowledge, and attracting businesses to participate.

The Association will also coordinate with centers to regularly open training classes with many topics on skills for students in production, human resources, leadership departments, etc. Thereby, helping businesses and business leaders feel secure and confident in production and business activities, human resource management, taxes, and finance.
