Widespread effectiveness of the model "4 good Party cells", "4 good Party organizations"

In recent times, Party committees and organizations in Ha Tinh have regularly paid attention to building good Party cells associated with implementing the models of "4 Good Party Cells" and "4 Good Grassroots Party Committees".

Building "4 Good Party Cells" contributes to raising awareness and actions of Party committees at all levels, authorities and each Party member to complete assigned tasks.

Implementing Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW dated June 16, 2022 of the 13th Party Central Committee on strengthening the construction of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period and Action Program No. 18-Ctr/TU dated September 30, 2022 of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee on implementing Resolution 21-NQ/TW, from the end of 2022 to present, many party organizations in the whole province have developed plans and launched emulation movements to build "4-good Party cells", "4-good grassroots party organizations"... Many party organizations have systematically deployed this content such as: Ha Tinh City, Duc Tho, Cam Xuyen, Can Loc, Ky Anh Town, Provincial Military...

“4 good Party cells”, “4 good grassroots Party organizations” include the following contents: competing to complete tasks well; good quality of activities; good solidarity, good discipline; good cadres and Party members.

Party cells of Cam Vinh Commune Party Committee (Cam Xuyen) signed a commitment to implement the model "4 Good Party Cells".

As one of the first party organizations in Cam Xuyen district to implement the model, since May 2022, Cam Vinh Commune Party Committee has promptly issued plans, instructions, assigned party committee members to be directly in charge of each party cell and organized 10/10 party cells to sign commitments to implement the "4 good" emulation contents. The Party Committee also developed a set of documents and distributed books to record minutes of activities for the party cells to facilitate implementation. The model building is linked to the results of the annual evaluation and classification of party cells and party members.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hai - Secretary of Tam Dong village Party Cell said: “Our Party Cell was chosen as a model in the construction of “4 Good Party Cells” of Cam Vinh commune Party Committee. To effectively implement the contents, right from the beginning of implementation, the Party Cell thoroughly disseminated each content to Party members; thereby, closely following the plan of the superiors to improve the quality of Party Cell activities, promoting the role of Party members, especially Party Cell Secretaries and Party Cell Executive Committees in leadership, direction and implementation of tasks. After half a year of implementation, the Party Cell activities have become more orderly, contributing to the process of implementing the common political tasks of the village. Thereby, helping the village continue to sustainably build the criteria of smart new rural residential areas and pioneer in digital transformation...”.

Tam Dong village Party cell is a unit chosen by Cam Vinh commune Party Committee (Cam Xuyen) as a model in building "4 good Party cells".

After launching the emulation movement to build "4 good Party cells" and "4 good grassroots Party organizations", currently, the Party organizations of communes, towns, agencies and units under the Duc Tho District Party Committee are implementing pilot models before expanding.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan - Head of the Organizing Committee of Duc Tho District Party Committee said: "The Committee is urging, guiding, inspecting and supervising the grassroots party organizations under the Department to carry out the emulation movement to build "4-good Party Cells", "4-good grassroots party organizations", focusing on building a specific scale to determine the evaluation criteria. At the same time, directly instructing the party cells on how to implement, suggesting some solutions suitable to the actual situation and conditions of the unit. Currently, 34/34 party cells and branches under the district have launched and signed commitments to the party cells and party members. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee will assign Standing members and Standing Committee members to attend this thematic activity at the grassroots level".

Duc Tho District Party Committee launched the emulation movement to build "4-good Party Cells" and "4-good Grassroots Party Committees" for the period 2023 - 2025.

Also implementing the model of "4 Good Party Cells" according to the directives of the Central, the province and the Party Committee of Military Region 4, the Military Party Committee of Ha Tinh province has focused on being active, synchronous and effective. After 1 year of implementation, up to now, 100% of Party committees and Party cells have completed their tasks or more, of which, 97% have completed them well and excellently; over 90% of Party members have completed their tasks well and excellently; there are no cadres or Party members who violate discipline, the law, degrade political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation".
