The Korean strategist may only monitor U22 Vietnam for a few days while the team is at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center. After that, U22 Vietnam may be assigned to Coach Nam Gung-do. The team will go to China to participate in an international friendly tournament organized by host China. The tournament will take place from September 2 to September 10 in Changsha city with the participation of teams from Vietnam, Malaysia, Uzbekistan and host China.
