In over 20 years of artistic activities, Ho Ngoc Ha has taken many photos, but the photo series with The New Mentor team has left many memorable values and "brainstorming" to come up with ideas with the crew. After a period of implementation and incubation, on the evening of August 28, Ho Ngoc Ha and the crew officially launched the photo series with Team Ho Ngoc Ha, full of fashion but still imbued with Vietnamese cultural values.
Along with the photo series "Saigon - The pearl of the far east", the project also has an accompanying video clip, the Official Visualizer (short video) "Saigon is so beautiful" based on the song "Saigon" by musician Y Van, performed by Ho Ngoc Ha in her first lofi style.
Ho Ngoc Ha said that the idea for the photo series "Saigon - Pearl of the Far East" came to her while she was on tour in the US. The singer said: "While I was in the US, I thought of something very Vietnamese. The crew that made the photo series consisted entirely of Vietnamese people, including designer Lam Gia Khang, photographer Milor Tran, stylist Kye Nguyen..." .

The photo series was inspired by Saigon's cinematic footage, aiming to "revisit" the unique beauty of the "Pearl of the Far East". These places still preserve ancient architectural works, despite the ups and downs of time. In the photo series, the 7 students of Ho Ngoc Ha do not wear the old ao dai, but still wear modern clothes. They wish to depict the beauty of the city and show the intersection between old and new Saigon.
The female super mentor and 6 models took a trip around Saigon on a beautiful day, visiting famous tourist destinations such as Ben Thanh Market, City Post Office, Reunification Hall, City Theater... or the background images of the Lam car, street vendors... recalling the image of old Saigon are also shown in the photo series.

Ho Ngoc Ha also shared: "I want my team to promote Vietnam tourism in general and Saigon tourism in particular - the Pearl of the Far East that we were once so proud of. Hopefully the photo series will not only move Vietnamese audiences but also touch the emotions of international audiences."
