Supporting women in starting businesses and developing the economy has been identified by all levels of the Binh Dinh Women's Union as a core and consistent task in the programs and activities of the Union. Therefore, the Project "Supporting Women in Starting Businesses" has created new motivation, inspired creativity to encourage women to successfully start businesses.

Nurture ideas and aspirations to do business

Binh Dinh Associations at all levels have focused on raising awareness, creating a strong shift in thinking and working methods, applying scientific and technological advances to production and business, supporting members and women to access markets, produce goods, contributing to the economic restructuring in the locality. In particular, paying attention to supporting the improvement of business capacity and start-ups for women with business ideas is a "new wind" creating a combined strength to help women start and do business, contributing to the economic development of the locality.

Starting a business is difficult, starting a business in the agricultural sector is even more difficult. Mobilizing and supporting women to be creative in starting businesses and developing the economy is extremely important in order to promote their potential and improve their status in the family and society. This is not only for the benefit of women but also contributes to ensuring the sustainable development of each locality. The above two start-up models among hundreds of start-up models for economic development of Binh Dinh women have been effective, creating a strong effect, encouraging women of all classes to participate in starting businesses. However, it is undeniable that women are still facing many challenges from gender stereotypes, inequality in the working environment, limited access to support programs and policies; lack of opportunities to participate in trade promotion activities...

Persistently accompanying women in economic development and entrepreneurship

Despite facing many challenges, over the years, the Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union has always identified the content of mobilizing, supporting livelihoods, improving life, and creating startups for members and women as one of the key tasks. Startup and business start-up activities have become a movement in all levels of the Women's Union in the province, specifically: The Union at all levels has actively promoted and coordinated to raise awareness of startups and business startups for 55,828 female members; coordinated to mobilize female members to participate in training courses to improve capacity, transfer science and technology, and provide vocational training for 4,444 female workers. Support and connection to loans from the Bank for Social Policies and other mobilization sources helped 953 women start businesses with an amount of more than 17 billion VND. The Provincial Women's Union maintains the organization of the Contest to search for new and feasible ideas... to encourage women to realize their ideas and connect to consume products, expanding the market for female enterprises, cooperatives, and business owners.

Every year, the Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union organizes training courses to improve business start-up capacity and build start-up ideas and products for members, women who have start-up ideas, have the need to start a business; Orient and suggest women to start a business in suitable industries and professions, build plans and roadmaps for start-ups and economic development. The Binh Dinh Provincial Women's Union has also connected social resources to support women in starting a business, promoting the formation of Clubs and Associations of Women Entrepreneurs, encouraging businesses New female-owned businesses are established, contributing to increasing the proportion of female-owned businesses.

Up to now, the emulation movement for economic development and entrepreneurship among members and women in Binh Dinh province has created a strong effect. This is not only reflected in hundreds of women's start-up products, but also changes women's perception of entrepreneurship.
