Successfully reconciled 26/32 conflicts in residential areas

Currently, there are more than 4,000 grassroots mediators operating in villages, hamlets, and neighborhoods in the province. They are village chiefs, village elders, prestigious people, and officials of mass organizations in the province. According to the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, grassroots mediation work has been increasingly recognized by Party committees, authorities, leaders of agencies, units, organizations, and unions with a more comprehensive understanding of the position, role, and importance of grassroots mediation work. From there, there has been attention in leadership, direction, and implementation, creating favorable conditions for this work, thus encouraging and motivating mediators to perform their duties, promoting a sense of responsibility for the community. The results of grassroots mediation work have made an important contribution to maintaining solidarity in the community, promptly preventing violations of the law, and contributing to ensuring political security and social order and safety in the locality.
