As the Lunar New Year of At Ty is approaching, many businesses and cooperatives have researched and produced dried fruit products with diverse designs and beautiful appearance, conquering consumers and becoming a Tet gift chosen by many people.
Established since 2019, Hai Dang Food Technology Co., Ltd., Son La city has brought the flavor of Son La fruit closer to consumers inside and outside the province. After more than 5 years of development, the Company has researched, innovated, and launched about 30 products made from the province's specialty fruits, such as: plum, apricot, mango, banana, pineapple, papaya, guava... The products are selected and processed according to modern processes, ensuring to preserve the natural flavor and nutritional value.

Ms. Le Thi Quynh Trang, Director of the Company, said: This year, the Company focuses on wholesale orders and production according to customer requirements. Currently, the Company's processing factory is operating at full capacity, with about 20 seasonal workers to meet the delivery schedule for customers during Tet.
In addition to the products directly produced by the Company, Hai Dang Food Technology Company Limited also cooperates with Phuc Sinh Son La Joint Stock Company, Minh Tien Group Joint Stock Company - MTG... to produce a variety of products and create unique gift sets, meeting the needs of retail customers. Serving the Tet market this year, the Company's gifts are priced from 300,000 - 1,000,000 VND/set.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of production and processing of dried fruit products, the 19/5 Agricultural Development Service Cooperative, Moc Chau Farm Town, Moc Chau District has also continuously expanded its production scale, developing the processing of plums, apricots and mangoes.
From these three main fruits, the cooperative has produced 16 diverse and rich dried products, such as: Ginger dried plums, honey dried plums, original dried plums, herbal dried plums, dried mangoes, etc. In particular, ginger dried plums, honey dried plums and herbal dried plums are recognized as 4-star OCOP products at the provincial level, affirming their superior quality.
Mr. Mai Duc Thinh, Director of the Cooperative, shared: Ready to serve the shopping needs of customers during the Lunar New Year 2025, the Cooperative has previously harvested and purchased 500 tons of fresh plums, apricots and mangoes to process into 30 tons of dried fruit. After processing, the products are packaged, labeled, supplied to domestic consumers and brought to a number of chain stores nationwide.

Keeping up with the trend, many enterprises and cooperatives in the province have proactively invested in machinery, modern production lines, and applied advanced technology to dried fruit processing, constantly developing a variety of products to meet the increasing demands of consumers. At the same time, contributing to solving the seasonal problem for fresh fruits.
Typically, such as Quyet Thanh Moc Chau Agricultural Cooperative, Moc Chau district, Dat Thuy One Member Cooperative, Mai Son district, Bao Minh Agricultural Service Cooperative, Song Ma district... There are many products that have been recognized as meeting 3-star and 4-star OCOP standards, such as: Ginger dried plum, honey dried plum, herbal dried plum, dried crispy persimmon, dried passion fruit, dried longan, dried guava of four seasons...

Ms. Mai Thanh Hoa, owner of an essential consumer goods store in the city, shared: In recent years, Son La enterprises and cooperatives have produced many types of dried fruits. The products are diverse, beautifully packaged and have clear traceability, and are popular with consumers. Therefore, my store prioritizes importing local dried fruits to serve the shopping needs of people in the city, especially during the upcoming Tet holiday.

The good news is that dried products from Son La's agricultural products are increasingly trusted by many customers. Ms. Tran Thi Huyen, Group 1, Quyet Thang Ward, Son La City, said: I find dried fruits very convenient, easy to preserve, and not afraid of spoiling like fresh fruits. The products are also diverse, with many choices such as plums, apricots, mangoes, jackfruit, bananas, strawberries... Every time Tet comes, I often choose to buy Son La dried fruit gift sets as gifts for my parents and relatives and they are very popular.
Dried fruits are becoming a popular Tet gift choice, favored by consumers because of their convenience, safety, health benefits and traditional cultural features. The development of enterprises and cooperatives producing dried fruits in Son La province not only contributes to increasing the value of agricultural products, meeting market demand, but also creates a unique feature for the Tet flavor of Son La people.
