Next school year, Banking Academy plans to apply tuition fees of 26.5 - 28 million VND for the standard program (an increase of 1.5 million VND compared to the previous school year) and 40 million VND for the high-quality program (an increase of 3 million VND compared to last year).
For dual bachelor's degree programs, the school applies tuition fees from 340 - 380 million VND/course (50 - 230 million VND/year). In case students study their final year in the UK or the US, tuition fees will be based on the tuition fees of the partner school. Candidates with an English proficiency equivalent to IELTS from 6.0-6.5 (depending on the requirements of each program) will enter the second year directly and tuition fees will be reduced by 50 million VND.

This year, the academy enrolls 3,644 students (an increase of 144 students compared to last year) for both the Hanoi headquarters and two branches in Bac Ninh and Phu Yen.
The school applies 5 admission methods including: Direct admission, review of academic records, review of 2025 high school graduation exam results, review of international certificates, review of results of competency assessment exams (V-SAT, HSA).
In the 2025 - 2026 school year, the University of Commerce will apply tuition fees of 24 - 27.9 million VND/year (increase of 1.9 million VND depending on the major) for standard training programs and 38.5 million VND for the international intensive training program (IPOP).
In addition, advanced training programs and international dual degree training have tuition fees ranging from 195 to 260 million VND/course. The school said that the annual tuition fee increase will not exceed 12.5% compared to the previous year.
This year, the University of Commerce will enroll more than 5,320 students (an increase of 370) for 45 multidisciplinary training programs. The school uses 4 admission methods including: Considering the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam, considering the results of the competency assessment test, thinking assessment, considering a combination of foreign language certificates/international testing certificates, considering a combination of provincial/city-level excellent student awards.
According to the 2025 enrollment plan, Foreign Trade University plans to apply tuition fees of 25.5 - 27.5 million VND/school year (an increase of 2.5 - 3.5 million VND compared to last year) for the standard program. High-quality programs range from 49 - 51 million VND/school year (an increase of 3 - 4 million VND compared to last year). Advanced programs range from 73 - 85 million VND/school year. The remaining programs range from 31.5 - 65 million VND/school year.
The school clearly notes the tuition increase schedule for each year of an adjusted course, not exceeding 10%.
This year, Foreign Trade University plans to enroll 4,180 students (an increase of 50 students compared to last year) using 4 methods, including increasing the scores of international certificates SAT and ACT. The 4 methods include: Direct admission, consideration of 2025 high school graduation exam results, consideration of academic records, and consideration of competency assessment certificates.
The University of Economics - Vietnam National University, Hanoi plans to charge tuition fees of 46 million VND/year for full-time university students (increasing by 2 million VND each year from the following years).
Meanwhile, the tuition fee for students majoring in Business Administration for sports talents is 31.5 million VND/year (990,000 VND/credit). For joint training programs with foreign countries, the tuition fee is about 362 - 369 million VND/course.
Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade has adjusted the tuition fee for the 2024-2028 course to increase by 10%. Specifically, the tuition fee for the 2025-2029 course is expected to be about 132 million VND for the entire course (faculties may have less, due to the small number of practice credits), an increase of about 12 million VND compared to the previous course.
Ho Chi Minh City Open University also adjusted tuition fees in 2025, with an increase of 1.5 - 2 million VND/year depending on the major.
- Technology and engineering group: Biotechnology, Food technology, Computer science, Artificial intelligence, tuition fee 28.5 million VND/year (increase 1.5 million VND).
- Economics, management, language group: Business administration, Finance - banking, Logistics, Law, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean languages, tuition fee 27.5 million VND/year (increase 1.5 million VND).
- Social Science Group: Economics, Social Work, Southeast Asian Studies, Psychology, tuition fee 24 million VND/year (increase 2 million VND). High-quality programs mostly charge tuition fee 46.5 million VND.
- Majors in Computer Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, tuition fees up to 49.5 million VND.
The Academy of Finance has not yet announced this year’s tuition fees. Last year, the school’s standard program tuition fee was 25 million VND/school year. The international certificate-oriented program tuition fee was 50 million VND/school year. For students enrolled by order, the tuition fee was 43 million VND/school year.
For joint training programs, tuition fees range from 57 - 70 million VND/year if studying domestically, and 490 million VND/year if studying abroad.
In 2025, the academy will use 4 admission methods for 44 training programs, including 14 new programs: Direct admission, Consideration of candidates with outstanding abilities, consideration of 2025 high school graduation exam results, and combined consideration.
