The latest announcement from the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology today (May 22) shows that the expected tuition fee for full-time students in the mass program for the 2025-2026 school year is expected to average around 29.6-37.6 million VND/year depending on the major.
Tuition fees for high-quality undergraduate programs in the 2025-2026 academic year are on average around 49.2 million VND to 55 million VND/academic year, depending on the major/program.
Tuition fees for the Bachelor of Information Technology (application-oriented), Game Design and Development, Vietnam - Japan Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence programs for the 2025-2026 school year are on average about 40 million to 45.5 million VND/school year, depending on the major/program.

Tuition fees for international joint programs for the 2025-2026 school year: average tuition is about 54 million to 62.5 million VND/year depending on the program.
Compared to last year (29.6-37.6 million VND), tuition fees for regular programs this year increased by 2.6-3.6 million VND.
Last year's high-quality university-level program was at 39-55 million VND, this year it increased by about 10.2 million VND, depending on the major.
Tuition fees for programs/majors including: Bachelor of Information Technology with application orientation, Vietnam - Japan Information Technology Program, and Game Design and Development Program increased by 5-8.5 million VND compared to last year (last year tuition fees for these majors ranged from 35-37 million VND/year).
Tuition fees for international joint programs increased by 5-7 million VND/year (last year the average tuition fee for this program was about 49-55.5 million VND/year).
According to the school, tuition fees will be adjusted annually according to the prescribed schedule, with an increase not exceeding 15% per year.
In 2025, the Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology will enroll about 6,500 students at both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City campuses using five methods: talent selection; based on international certificates; considering test scores to assess capacity and thinking; considering high school graduation exam scores; combining English certificates with academic records.
With the combined admission method, the admission requirements are that candidates have IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL iBT 65, TOELF ITB 500, with an average score of 7.5 in three years of high school, and good conduct or higher.
This is the first year that the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology has used the results of the competency assessment test organized by Hanoi National University of Education.
Candidates who win provincial and national excellent student awards will receive 1-3 bonus points.
