At the signing ceremony, PTIT and Mismart Smart Technology Joint Stock Company (MSM) agreed to cooperate in research, application of science and technology, technology transfer and business development in high-tech fields, including: unmanned vehicles (UAV for reconnaissance, surveillance...; UGV ground robots; USV water robots; UUV underwater robots) integrated with artificial intelligence (AI); UAV suppression system; multi-mission command-reconnaissance vehicles; specialized software; and other types of advanced scientific and technological equipment, solutions and services.
The goal of cooperation is to optimize the use of resources, effectively exploit the potential and advantages of each side, and promote mutual support in expanding the scale and scope of development in related fields.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, Director of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, said: “With 9 training facilities in two major cities, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, with nearly 30,000 students of all systems, it is one of the 5 key national higher education institutions in engineering, technology, semiconductors, etc. selected by the Ministry of Education and Training to participate in the development of the National Project on Artificial Intelligence”.
In the field of drones, PTIT has recently conducted some research and deployed it in some localities such as: using drones to warn of floods (deployed in Quang Nam), warning of landslides, measuring maps, air quality, drawing geological maps, etc. According to Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Hoai Bac, the cooperation with MSM will bring many opportunities for PTIT lecturers and students to have a research environment closely linked to practice. From the cooperation activities with MSM will soon be implemented effectively, bringing common benefits to the community.
Mr. Tran Thien Phuong, General Director of MSM, hopes that through the cooperation program, MSM will support PTIT students to soon approach the real environment, participate and implement application projects right from their studies. MSM also believes that the cooperation in implementing research projects in the spirit of connection and development of the two units will create new scientific values, contributing to promoting innovation in the digital age.

Mismart Smart Technology Joint Stock Company is a technology company specializing in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV, Robot (UGV), USV) granted by the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam "License for facilities to design, manufacture, repair, maintain, and test unmanned aerial vehicles" in 2021. MiSmart won first prize in the Vietnam Digital Transformation Solution Search Competition (Viet Solution 2020) on a global scale.

The cooperation agreement between PTIT and Meshlink Co., Ltd clearly states: Meshlink Co., Ltd will provide PTIT with free access to the XR semiconductor platform such as: Full-process MOSFET fabrication; Maintenance support, multi-user applications and some related management and training functions...
PTIT will coordinate to launch XR semiconductor class; set up XR Classroom and support Meshlink product promotion.

Meshlink is a technology company specializing in digital transformation of enterprises (DX/DT), combining artificial intelligence (AI), specializing in analyzing management data to build new business models and improve organizational performance.
The cooperation agreement between PTIT and Vietnam Natural Resources and Environment One Member Limited Liability Company (T-MV) will research, develop, and apply technological and technical systems in the field of analysis and monitoring of databases in areas such as agriculture, natural resources, and environment. In training cooperation, the two sides will have activities to support students and trainees in internships, field trips, research; exchange experts, cross-participate or organize training courses.

Vietnam Natural Resources and Environment One Member Limited Liability Company (T-MV) is a unit of a state-owned enterprise operating in the following fields: topographic mapping, cadastral mapping at various scales, administrative boundary maps, land use status maps and other thematic maps; registration, declaration, issuance of land use right certificates; land statistics and inventory; land use planning and planning.
