From early morning, the academy's forces were divided into different directions to go to deeply flooded residential areas, prioritizing helping single-parent families, policies, schools, and public works.

Captain Bui Van Minh - Deputy Battalion Commander of Battalion 1, Naval Academy said that in low-lying residential areas along Luong Dinh Cua Street, mud covered the floors and walls of people's houses, and damaged furniture. Many families had elderly and weak members who could not clean up their houses and roads, so Naval Academy students provided timely support to the people.

Large amounts of garbage in the alleys were collected by the Naval Academy's staff and students.

Up to now, the Naval Academy has mobilized more than 1,500 officers and students to help people after the flood and will continue to deploy in the coming days.
