Military Technical Academy enhances the capacity of technical facilities

The contest aims to create positive changes, consolidate and improve the comprehensive capacity of technical facilities; build a regular system of technical facilities, contribute to the regularization of the technical sector, build a strong and comprehensive unit; assess the actual capacity and qualifications of the technical staff and the military car drivers, contribute to improving the quality of management and exploitation of technical facilities and technical equipment in performing tasks at the Academy. Train, improve awareness, spirit, responsibility, management level, organization and exploitation of technical facilities and technical equipment of the technical staff in the Academy; continue to promote the implementation of the goals of the Campaign "Management and exploitation of weapons and technical equipment well, durable, safe, economical and traffic safe" (Campaign 50)...

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the contest, Major General Le Minh Thai, Director of the Academy, said that in recent years, the entire army in general and the Academy in particular have continued to promote the implementation of the 50 Campaign in the context of many armies and branches advancing straight to modernity, and units being equipped with many weapons and high-tech equipment.

The Military Technical Academy has also been and is continuing to receive investment from the Ministry of National Defense in many projects and many modern, high-tech technical equipment. Implementing the policy "The training quality of the school is the combat readiness of the unit", the Academy has organized and implemented the goals of the 50 Campaign with many specific measures such as: Organizing and implementing, strictly disseminating the decisions, directives, orders, and instructions of the Ministry of National Defense, the General Department of Technology on implementing the 50 Campaign to the units; organizing emulation movements associated with the implementation of the 50 Campaign, typically organizing annual technical work competitions; implementing investment, upgrading, and building technical facilities to serve training and scientific research, improving the practical ability of students, focusing on a number of majors such as: Electronic warfare, Armored vehicles, etc.

At the 2023 Competition on Good Management and Exploitation of Technical Facilities and Technical Equipment of the Military Technical Academy, technical staff directly managing technical facilities (laboratories, specialized classrooms, practice stations, etc.) serving training, scientific research and trial production; military car drivers will participate in the competition on the following contents: Exploiting and updating technical facility capacity on the software for managing technical facilities capacity on the Academy's internal network; management and exploitation of technical facilities and technical equipment; technical assurance work; safety work, etc.
