In a congratulatory letter to Mr. Phan Anh Son, Chairman of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations , Ms. NS Ivanova, Chairman of the Belarusian Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange with Foreign Countries, wrote: "The Belarusian Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange with Foreign Countries, the Belarusian-Vietnamese Friendship Association and many friends of Vietnam in Belarus respectfully send congratulations to you and all the Vietnamese people on the important occasion - the 80th anniversary of the country's independence."
She affirmed that this event is a strong testament to the extraordinary spiritual strength, indomitable will and courage of the Vietnamese people on the path of fighting for freedom, development and prosperity. Over the past 80 years, Vietnam has achieved many great achievements in economic , social, scientific and technological development, innovation, and at the same time affirmed its worthy position in the international community.
Ms. Ivanova expressed her appreciation for the long-standing friendship between the people of the two countries and the cooperation between friendship organizations, emphasizing that the Belarusian Association for Friendship and Cultural Exchange with Foreign Countries and the Belarus-Vietnam Friendship Association always strive to introduce Vietnam - a country rich in historical and cultural traditions - to the Belarusian people. "We are proud of Vietnam's achievements and successes, of the growth and prosperity of your country," she wrote.

She also sent her best wishes to the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations for continued success in its noble mission of contributing to building peace, cooperation and friendship, and expressed her hope that the friendship between the two nations would become increasingly stronger. "The 80th anniversary of the independence of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is not only a reminder of the glorious victories of the past, but also a driving force for new successes in the future."
On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), WWF also sends to the Government of Vietnam, ministries, departments, branches and all Vietnamese people warmest congratulations and most precious feelings.
WWF expressed its pride in accompanying Vietnam in its efforts to protect natural resources, develop sustainable agriculture, respond to climate change and promote a green development model. The letter emphasized: "The close and effective coordination between the Vietnamese Government and ministries and WWF in recent times is a valuable foundation for us to continue joining hands for the goal of sustainable development. Vietnam's achievements over the past 80 years not only affirm the will, mettle and intelligence of the nation but also strongly inspire international friends."
WWF-Vietnam expressed its deep gratitude to the Government and ministries and branches for always creating favorable conditions for the organization to carry out the mission of "People living in harmony with nature", and affirmed its commitment to continue close cooperation and contribute its best for a green, prosperous and sustainable future for Vietnam.
