On the evening of September 13, at Bao Ninh Square (Dong Hoi ward, Quang Tri province), Vietnam Television Center for the Central Highlands region (VTV8) organized the art program "Mother's Heart - Vietnamese Mother."
The art program "Mother's Heart - Vietnamese Mother" is organized as a deep gratitude to the Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, who have gone down in history as well as millions of other silent mothers across the country.
That journey of gratitude is not only a responsibility, but also a sacred sentiment, demonstrating the morality of "remembering the source of the water you drink" of every Vietnamese person.
The art program includes 3 chapters: Mother Legend, Lullaby of the Country and Forever Vietnam. The musical works, animations, segments, choreography... depicted the image of the great Vietnamese mother who silently sacrificed throughout the history of building and defending the country.
Famous songs such as: " Legend of Mother," "Mother," "My Mother," "Quang Mother," "Remembering Mother Suot," "Chessboard Mother" ... performed at the program touched the audience's emotions.
According to Mr. Nguyen Lam Thanh, Director of VTV8, the art program "Mother's Heart - Vietnamese Mother" is not only a tribute to heroic Vietnamese mothers, but also carries a profound meaning about the image of a mother associated with the country.
Just like a tolerant country that protects its children, Vietnamese mothers have devoted all their love and silent sacrifices to their families and the Fatherland. Today's Vietnamese children always remember, are grateful, and strive to be worthy of their mothers' love, contributing to building and protecting an increasingly beautiful country.
Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Tri province, said that in the context of the whole country celebrating the 80th anniversary of National Day, the art program "Mother's Heart - Vietnamese Mother" has special meaning, leaving many emotions and profound human values.
Through the program, Quang Tri people expressed their gratitude to the mothers who silently sacrificed for national independence and reunification.
Mothers are always sacred symbols, closely associated with the history of building and defending the nation. During the war years, mothers saw their husbands and children off to war, silently sacrificing their youth and personal happiness to contribute to peace and freedom for their homeland.
There have been countless touching musical works composed to pay tribute to and commemorate the endless sacrifices and merits of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers. The soulful melodies and emotional lyrics in songs about mothers have become part of the memories and souls of many Vietnamese people.
Through the language of music, images, light, etc., the art program "Mother's Heart - Vietnamese Mother" has realistically and movingly recreated the image of the Vietnamese Heroic Mother, leaving deep impressions in the hearts of the audience./.
