Administrative reform symposium 2025

On February 21, 2025, the Department of Foreign Affairs organized a conference on administrative reform in 2025, chaired by Mr. Nguyen Van Chien - Director of the Department. Participants included comrades in the Department's leadership and all civil servants of the Department.

Comrade Nguyen Van Chien - Director of the Department announced the results of the Administrative Reform Index, the Satisfaction Index of people and organizations with the service of the Department of Foreign Affairs stated in Decision No. 125/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee announcing the Administrative Reform Index in 2024 of departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities; Decision No. 124/QD-UBND dated January 15, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee announcing the Satisfaction Index of people and organizations with the service of state administrative agencies in 2024.

After listening to the Administrative - Organizational Department present the draft Plan to overcome shortcomings and limitations after announcing the PAR Index and Satisfaction Index on Administrative Services in 2024, the Conference focused on discussing Clearly identify the existence, limitations and causes of each component index to propose effective solutions. Administrative reform work, improving the Administrative Reform Index and the satisfaction index of people and organizations with the services of the Department of Foreign Affairs in 2025 and the following period.

Based on the draft Remedial Plan and the opinions discussed at the Conference, Comrade Nguyen Van Chien - Director of the Department directed the Administrative - Organizational Department to complete the draft Plan, and at the same time Continue to research and advise on overcoming the shortcomings and limitations stated in Conclusion No. 07/TB-DKT dated August 8, 2024 of the Provincial Administrative Reform Inspection Team; request all civil servants Promote the achieved results, uphold the sense of responsibility, continue to closely follow the directives of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on administrative reform, proactively advise on the good implementation of administrative reform areas at the agency./.
