At the regular press conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council quickly informed representatives of press agencies in the province about some of the main contents that will take place at the 29th Session (regular session in mid-2025) of the 14th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026.
Accordingly, the Session will take place over 2 days, from July 16 to 17, 2025 at the Conference Organization Center, headquarters of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council (No. 26, Le Thanh Tong Street, Hong Gai Ward).
The meeting will focus on discussing and evaluating the results of socio -economic tasks in the first 6 months of 2025, agreeing on goals, tasks, and key solutions for the last 6 months of 2025 and resolving a number of other important contents under the authority of the Provincial People's Council.
In particular, the Provincial People's Council noted the need to disseminate some important contents expected to be approved at the session, such as: Resolution on socio-economic development tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; Resolution stipulating preferential regimes for land rent exemption in each region and field for projects using land for production and business purposes in investment incentive fields or in investment incentive areas; Resolution deciding on investment levels and investment support from the state budget to implement a number of investment policies in forestry; Resolution stipulating principles, scope, support levels and the use of support funds for activities related to production and protection of rice-growing land; Resolution stipulating the content and expenditure levels for implementing the project "Building a learning society in the period of 2021-2030"...
Also at the press conference, Quang Ninh Electricity Company informed representatives of press agencies in the province about the electricity supply situation in the province in recent times. It especially emphasized the implementation of solutions to ensure stable electricity supply to serve people's lives and production, business and tourism services during the hot season and explained the reasons for the unusually high electricity bill in June as reported by many households.
At the July press conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism exchanged information and clarified the opinions of representatives of press agencies in the province on a number of issues in tourism service activities in the province in recent times. The focus was on the tourism business environment, especially in Bai Chay tourist area; ensuring safety for conditional business types; quality and price of tourism services, etc.
Orienting propaganda work in the coming time, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested press agencies in the province to focus on strongly propagating the results of socio-economic development in the first 6 months of the year and deploying directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; informing and propagating the work of building a clean and strong Party, government and political system in all aspects, especially the operation of the 2-level local government organization model and the spirit of drastic and urgent work of Party committees, authorities, agencies, units, cadres, civil servants, satisfaction, support, sharing and companionship of people in the process of operating the new model; the work of preparing and organizing Party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress and a number of other important contents...
