The second conference of the Party Executive Committee of Gia Lai Provincial Party agencies

The Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies has 21 grassroots Party organizations (GSOs) with 553 party members. Immediately after its establishment and operation, the Party Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Party Committees at all levels and leaders of the agencies and units quickly stabilized the organizational structure, focused on leading and directing cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers to promote a sense of responsibility, make efforts and strive to successfully complete assigned political tasks.

In the first quarter of 2025, Party committees, agencies, and units will lead and direct the implementation of political and ideological work, propaganda work, and orientation of public opinion, creating trust, confidence, and consensus among cadres, party members, union members, association members, and workers on policies, goals, requirements, and tasks of streamlining the political system apparatus in the current period.

Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle is associated with implementing Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII) and Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely preventing, repelling and strictly handling cadres and party members who have degraded in political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" are maintained regularly.

Party committees and subordinate Party organizations continued to improve the quality of activities, strictly implement the Party Charter and guiding documents. Inspection and supervision work was carried out to ensure the plan. Activities of mass organizations had many positive changes. In particular, responding to the emulation movement "The whole country joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide in 2025", the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies called on agencies, units, philanthropists, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and workers to contribute support. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies has received resources and will build 11 houses in Kong Chro district.

In addition to evaluating the results achieved, at the conference, delegates focused on exchanging and discussing some remaining difficulties; agreeing on key tasks for the second quarter of 2025. Therein, focusing on leading and directing Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to coordinate with leaders of agencies and units to closely follow the direction and orientation of superiors and based on assigned functions, tasks, targets and plans to proactively and effectively implement tasks in 2025, ensuring socio-economic development, maintaining national defense and security in the area; effectively implementing the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity.

Organize well propaganda activities in response to national and provincial holidays, important political events; continue to seriously implement the Plan on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle according to the 2025 Theme. Direct the implementation of documents on organization and personnel work and the arrangement and streamlining of the provincial political system in accordance with the direction and orientation of the Central and the province; focus on leading and directing the organization of congresses of party committees and affiliated party cells towards the first Congress of Party Delegates of provincial Party agencies (term 2025-2030) to ensure the requirements and plans set out, achieving good results.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the spirit, responsibility, efforts, and political determination of the Party Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Party Committees and affiliated Party organizations in the past time, focusing on leading and directing the effective implementation of political tasks according to the programs, plans, and tasks set out and achieving important results.

Comrade Chau Ngoc Tuan emphasized that the second quarter of 2025 is an important period in the process of implementing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the political system, and is also the time to celebrate many important political events. Therefore, he requested that Party committees and Party organizations at all levels closely follow the policies and orientations of the Central Government and the province and always proactively prepare for change.

Party committees, Party organizations and Party Executive Committee members of provincial Party agencies continue to uphold their roles and responsibilities, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members; maintain solidarity and unity within Party committees and within agencies and units. Carry out well the work of propaganda, political and ideological education and monitor and promptly grasp the developments in the ideological situation, moods and aspirations of cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees and workers. Direct the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus of the provincial political system in accordance with the direction and orientation of the Central and the province, ensuring that Party committees, agencies and units after the arrangement operate smoothly, effectively and efficiently, without interruption of work.

With the mission of "going first, paving the way", Party committees and Party organizations at all levels, especially leaders, must be pioneers and exemplary in propaganda, education, and raising awareness of digital transformation among cadres, party members and people; regularly practice digital transformation in party management and activities, in thoroughly grasping and implementing directives and resolutions of Party committees to improve work efficiency.

The Party Secretary of the provincial Party Committees requested that the Party Committees and affiliated Party organizations closely follow the leadership and direction documents of the Central and the province to carefully prepare the contents and conditions for organizing the Party Congresses and grassroots Party cells to ensure requirements, quality and progress; study and complete the vacant positions of the Executive Committee. At the same time, continue to join hands and be determined to complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the province in the first 6 months of 2025.

On this occasion, 4 individuals in the Party Cells under the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies who achieved the standard of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024) were honored to receive certificates of merit from the Provincial Party Executive Committee, including: Comrade Thai Thanh Binh - Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Comrade Pham Thi To Hai - Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Comrade Tran Dinh Vu - Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; Comrade Le Thi Thuy Linh - Party Cell of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission.
