The delegation visited and congratulated Quan Am Pagoda (Tra Ba ward), Ngoc Hoi Monastery (Phu Dong ward) and the family of Mr. Nguyen Van An - a war invalid, a religious family in Ngo village, Tra Ba ward.

At the places he visited, Mr. Nguyen Huu Sung, on behalf of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, sent congratulations to dignitaries, monks, nuns and Buddhists to celebrate a happy and meaningful Buddha's birthday. At the same time, he hoped that Buddhist establishments would continue to promote good traditions, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, live "good lives, good religion", contributing to building the great national unity bloc.
On the occasion of this year's Buddha's Birthday, Pleiku City established 6 working delegations led by the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, leaders of the People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, along with representatives of relevant departments, offices, and units to visit and present gifts to 17 Buddhist establishments and 7 families with religious policies in the city.
The visit and congratulation activities on the Buddha's birthday show the concern of the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the city for religious organizations; thereby contributing to strengthening the relationship of national solidarity.
