Training conference on instructions for general inventory and use of public asset inventory software

BHG - On the morning of November 11, the Provincial Steering Committee for the General Inventory of Public Assets coordinated with the Department of Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance to organize a training conference to guide the general inventory and use of the general inventory software of public assets at agencies, organizations, units, and infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State in Ha Giang province. Attending were comrade Ha Thi Minh Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Steering Committee for the General Inventory; representatives of the Department of Public Asset Management; leaders of departments, branches and nearly 500 delegates who are accountants of provincial and district-level agencies and units.

In her opening speech, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee Ha Thi Minh Hanh emphasized: The inventory of public assets is an important task but also very difficult and complicated, especially for agencies, organizations and units managing and using public assets at all levels. The general objective of the general inventory of assets is to compile statistics on the current status of public assets at agencies, organizations and units as a basis for perfecting policies and laws on management and use of public assets, serving the development of strategies and plans for socio-economic development of the province and the country. Therefore, the delegates attending the training seriously focused on monitoring and studying the program and content deployed by the Ministry of Finance , especially how to use the general inventory software of public assets to master the basic contents to serve the general inventory of public assets in the province. Thereby, ensuring that by December 31, 2024, the preparation work for the general inventory of public assets at agencies will be completed; By March 31, 2025, complete the general inventory; by July 1, 2025, complete the synthesis of inventory results, develop a summary report on public assets at agencies, organizations, units, infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State in the whole province according to the roadmap prescribed by the Prime Minister. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the reporters of the Department of Public Asset Management will impart knowledge, provide professional guidance, and exchange experiences in the work of public asset inventory to help cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the whole province apply it effectively in agencies, units, and localities in the coming time.

Accordingly, during 1 day, delegates listened to the reporter of the Department of Public Asset Management deploy instructions on the general inventory work, declaration of general inventory forms of public assets; how to declare information of inventory units; how to declare inventory indicators; determine the value of fixed assets at agencies, organizations, and units that have not been monitored in accounting books. At the same time, instructions on exporting and importing from asset management at the unit to the general inventory software of public assets. Through the conference, it helps cadres and civil servants to fully access the content and regulations on the general inventory of public assets, how to use the general inventory software of the Ministry of Finance, entering inventory data, making inventory records, synthesizing data, reporting, approving reports, in order to effectively carry out the inventory of public assets at agencies, organizations, and units.
