During the past term, the Farmers' Associations of wards and communes have performed well in the following aspects: Propagating and educating political and ideological issues for cadres and farmer members; consolidating and perfecting the streamlined and efficient organizational structure; building a team of association officials with sufficient qualities and capacities to meet the requirements of the tasks, developing and improving the quality of members. The movement of farmers competing in good production and business, uniting to help each other get rich and sustainably reduce poverty has achieved many results. The Farmers' Associations of wards and communes have established professional farmer associations; actively propagandized and mobilized farmers to participate in maintaining security and order, protecting the environment, handing over land to implement projects in the area; at the same time, promoting support activities in terms of seeds, capital, science and technology to help farmers take advantage of and exploit the potential and advantages of land to invest in economic development, increase income, making an important contribution to building new rural areas and developing the local socio-economy.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Farmers' Associations of wards and communes will continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, diversify the forms of gathering and supporting farmers. Therein, promoting emulation movements among farmers; mobilizing resources to support members and farmers in production and business, increasing income, improving life, and sustainably reducing poverty; building and developing effective economic models and mobilizing, guiding, and supporting farmers to participate in developing collective economic forms in agriculture...

At the congresses, decisions were announced to appoint the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Farmers' Association of wards and communes for the 2025-2030 term; and to appoint delegates to attend the congresses at higher levels. The delegates supported the people affected by storms and floods.
