Khanh Hoa Provincial Farmers' Association held a conference to collect opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing the 2013 Constitution.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Farmers' Association introduced the contents of Plan No. 05, dated May 5, 2025 of the Committee for drafting amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution on organizing the collection of opinions from the people, sectors and levels on the draft Resolution; the contents of the draft Resolution; the explanatory note on the draft Resolution; a comparison of the contents of the proposed amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution with the current provisions of the Constitution.

At the conference, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of the Provincial Association contributed comments on a number of contents and regulations related to the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, administrative units, local authorities, etc. Thereby, aiming to promote the people's mastery, mobilize intelligence, enthusiasm and create high consensus and unity of the entire people in amending and supplementing the 2013 Constitution; ensuring that the Constitution accurately reflects the will and aspirations of the people.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Mr. Le Quoc Toan - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association requested that cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees of the agency continue to raise awareness and correct understanding of collecting opinions from the people, all levels and sectors on the draft Resolution. At the same time, strengthen information and propaganda work, orienting ideology and public opinion among cadres and farmer members to create high consensus and unity; resolutely fight against arguments that sabotage and distort the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws in the process of collecting public opinions on the draft Resolution.
