Specifically, the projects behind schedule include: Component 1 Project, Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project; Component 3 Project, Ring Road 3 Project - Ho Chi Minh City; Ca Ron Reservoir Project, Gia Canh Commune, Dinh Quan District; Dong Nai River Bank Erosion Prevention Embankment Project (from Rach Cat Bridge to Ghenh Bridge on Pho Islet), Bien Hoa City; Nhan River - Dau Giay Road Project; Drainage System Project for Nuoc Trong Stream Area, Long Thanh District; Flood Prevention Project for Suoi Cai Area, Long Khanh City; Compensation, Support and Resettlement Project for Dredging the Left Bank of Cai Cau Canal (Xiep Stream); Huong Lo 2 Extension Project; Bien Hoa City Central Axis Road Project; Cai River Coastal Road Project, Bien Hoa City.

According to the Department of Finance, these projects are behind schedule due to lack of construction materials, slow implementation of compensation, site clearance, and addition of additional items during construction.
