Busy preparing for the fruit season

These days, people at gardens in the fruit capital of Long Khanh city are preparing for a fruit season in late May and early June 2025.

With only a few weeks left until the main fruit season begins, gardeners are busy preparing: checking for pests, watering, weeding, organizing catering services and taking visitors on tours... to facilitate harvesting, welcoming visitors, and enjoying fruit in the garden.

2. To ensure the quality and yield of the garden, farmer Nguyen Huu Quy (residing in Bao Vinh ward, Long Khanh city) regularly visits the garden and checks for abnormalities in the trees.

According to some farmers in Long Khanh city, the local specialty fruits are mainly durian, mangosteen, rambutan, jackfruit... The fruits in the gardens have begun to ripen but are not yet fully ripe, so gardeners are busy taking care of the orchards so that they can ripen beautifully to attract tourists to visit and enjoy.

3. To get quality durian, garden owners must also pick off late blooming flower clusters.
