Competition for excellent grassroots Front cadres in 2023

On November 17, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee organized the 2023 Competition for Excellent Grassroots Front Cadres. Comrade Le Van Binh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee (OC) of the competition attended.

The contest was attended by 21 candidates who are grassroots Front officials representing 7 teams from 7 districts and cities in the province. The teams competed in 3 parts: Greeting, Front work skills and situation handling.

After a day of exciting competition, the Organizing Committee awarded the first prize to the Phan Rang - Thap Cham City team; the second prize to the Ninh Son District team; and two third prizes to the Ninh Hai and Thuan Nam District teams. In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded three consolation prizes and several additional prizes to the competing teams.

Speaking at the contest, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee emphasized that the 2023 Contest for Excellent Grassroots Front Cadres is an opportunity for Front cadres at all levels to meet, exchange, learn experiences, improve skills and expertise, contribute to raising awareness, diversifying forms of mobilization, gathering, expanding the great national unity bloc; building, consolidating the organization and operation of the Front increasingly stronger, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new period. This is also the basis for correctly assessing the situation and quality of the Front's work and the Front's cadres, promptly proposing solutions to innovate the content and methods of operation, improve the quality of the Front's work, and is a premise for good preparation of the contents to organize the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term.
