Excellent Customer Service Staff Competition 2025: Honda Vietnam continues to aim to improve customer experience

Phu Tho, October 30, 2025 - Honda Vietnam Company (HVN) has just successfully organized the Final Round of the 2025 Excellent Customer Service Staff Competition at its Phu Tho headquarters. This is an annual activity implemented by HVN to improve the professional qualifications and skills of the team of Technicians, Customer Relations staff and Spare Parts staff at the Honda Authorized Sales and Service Shops (HEAD) system nationwide, thereby further improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

For HVN, bringing a complete experience to customers does not stop at improving products or enhancing service quality. What is more important is accompanying customers on the entire journey - from before, during and after buying a car. With that orientation, the Excellent Customer Service Staff Competition is considered one of the practical and meaningful activities, creating conditions for the service staff at HEAD to practice skills, exchange and apply knowledge to practical work, thereby contributing to building a comprehensive, professional and increasingly perfect customer experience.

In 2025, the competition will continue to be implemented with 5 competition categories: Excellent Chief Technician, Excellent Technician, Excellent Mid-fun Vehicle Technician, Excellent Spare Parts Staff and Excellent Customer Relations Staff. In particular, the Mid-fun Technician category - first introduced last year - will continue to be maintained to select the best representative in the country, along with the high-achieving candidates in the two categories of Chief Technician and Technician, representing Honda Vietnam to attend the 2026 Asia- Pacific Excellent Technician Competition, scheduled to be held in Indonesia next year.

Launched in July 2025, the competition attracted the participation of 6,101 Technicians and Chief Technicians, 1,703 Spare Parts staff and 1,190 Customer Relations staff nationwide. After the preliminary theoretical and practical rounds, the 50 most outstanding individuals were selected to enter the final round held on October 29, 2025. This is an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their abilities, compete and share practical experiences in their daily work.

In the Final round, the competition is designed in a variety of forms including theoretical testing, situation handling and presentation, helping candidates to comprehensively develop their professional skills, communication skills and critical thinking.

After a day of exciting competition, the organizing committee honored the 13 contestants with the highest achievements in 5 competition categories and 42 Encouragement prizes. Specifically, the Top 13 highest titles belonged to:
