Thanh Oai is open and transparent in granting land use right certificates won at auction.

HNP - On October 30, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee handed over 41 certificates of land use rights and property ownership to customers who won the auction of land use rights in Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong areas, Van Quan village, who had fully paid land use fees according to regulations.

Reporting on the process of organizing the auction of residential land use rights, the completion of documents, payment of financial obligations of auction winners and the issuance of land use right certificates in accordance with legal regulations, Vice Chairman of Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dang Manh said that since the implementation of the 2-level local government, the Commune People's Committee has issued 56 land use right certificates, including 15 land use right certificates with the origin of land left by ancestors and 41 land use right certificates for customers who won the land auction.

For the auctioned land plots of Man Ca, Man Cong, Ma Man Trong Van Quan village, the People's Committee of the commune has handed over 118/120 plots of land on the field; has received 97/120 notices of registration fees from the tax authority; printed 41/120 land use right certificates and awarded land use right certificates to the auction winners, ensuring the correct process, publicity, transparency and the right subjects.

"The granting of land use right certificates to auction winners affirms the publicity, transparency and compliance with the law in the management and use of local land. This is not only a recognition of the legitimate rights of the auction winners, but also demonstrates the determination of Thanh Oai commune authorities in effectively implementing the policy of auctioning land use rights - an important solution to increase revenue for the budget, create land funds for infrastructure development and rural beautification" - Mr. Nguyen Dang Manh affirmed.

Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee recommends that after receiving the certificate, customers should quickly carry out construction procedures in accordance with the planning, ensuring aesthetics, contributing to building Thanh Oai homeland to become more civilized and developed.

In the coming time, Thanh Oai Commune People's Committee will continue to accelerate the completion of documents and procedures for granting Land Use Right Certificates for the remaining auctioned land plots, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, accuracy, publicity and transparency. At the same time, accelerate the progress of granting Land Use Right Certificates to households and individuals in the area, especially for eligible cases but still pending. This is one of the key tasks to strengthen the effectiveness of State management of land, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
