PTSC Supply Base Women's Union with Team Building program - Radiant & Connecting

On the occasion of the Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 and the success of the Trade Union Congress of the Petroleum Service Port Company for the 2025-2030 term, PTSC Supply Base organized a seminar and extracurricular activities for all female employees on October 25 and 26, 2025 in Binh Chau - Ho Tram. The program has practical significance in connecting the spirit of collective solidarity, arousing positive energy and honoring the role of female employees in the development journey of the Company. Not only is it an opportunity to meet and exchange, the program is also an "open forum" - where members can share, listen and understand each other more. From there, fostering the spirit of solidarity, courage and dynamism of the "roses in the workplace".

Through a series of interactive activities and group challenges, each member demonstrated ingenuity, coordination skills, and boundless creativity. Moments of overcoming limitations together and achieving victory together became beautiful symbols of teamwork and trust – values ​​that create a professional and efficient working environment at PTSC Supply Base. The program also served as an opportunity for the Women's Committee to affirm its role as a bridge between staff and employees, contributing to spreading the image of PTSC women – dedicated, responsible, capable, and always shining in all activities. More than just a trip, this was a journey of inspiration and nurturing the spirit of dedication and contribution among the female employees of the company. After the program, each member felt even more proud, more connected, and ready to spread the positive values ​​of women at PTSC Supply Base. The journey has come to an end, but the radiant memories and spirit of unity continue to spread – further motivating each female employee of PTSC Supply Base to continue to accompany, contribute, and shine on the company's sustainable development journey.
