At the propaganda session, officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police conveyed the basic contents of the Road Traffic Law; introduced the meaning of some common traffic signs; mentioned situations that students often violate when participating in traffic such as driving motorbikes, motorbikes, electric vehicles in a zigzag manner, driving at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed, not wearing helmets, revving the engine; using alcohol and beer when participating in traffic...
