Cao Bang province: 80 billion VND (phase 1: 30 billion VND, phase 2: 50 billion VND); Lang Son province: 80 billion VND (phase 1: 30 billion VND, phase 2: 50 billion VND); Tuyen Quang province: 55 billion VND (phase 1: 20 billion VND, phase 2: 35 billion VND).

Phu Tho province: 55 billion VND (phase 1: 30 billion VND, phase 2: 25 billion VND); Bac Giang province: 50 billion VND (phase 1: 30 billion VND, phase 2: 20 billion VND); Quang Ninh province: 50 billion VND (phase 2).

Hai Phong City: 50 billion VND (phase 2); Son La Province: 40 billion VND (phase 1: 15 billion VND, phase 2: 25 billion VND); Bac Kan Province: 40 billion VND (phase 1: 15 billion VND, phase 2: 25 billion VND).
