After two stressful exams, many candidates "breathed a sigh of relief" because they had completed two subjects smoothly. The majority of candidates said that this year's exam was within their ability. Many candidates are confident that they will have the opportunity to win a place at N'Trang Long Ethnic Minority High School.
H'Nguyen Thuy Trang, Dak Song district, excitedly said: "I found the exam to be within my ability, so I finished the exam earlier than the scheduled time. I believe that I will achieve high results and pass this entrance exam."
In the 2023-2024 school year, N'Trang Long Ethnic Minority High School will enroll 175 students in grade 10. 243/246 candidates participated in the exam, 3 candidates dropped out. The exam was organized by the provincial Departmentof Education and Training with 2 subjects: Literature and Mathematics.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Chairman of the Examination Council of N'Trang Long Ethnic Minority High School: "The exam was a great success, the exam process was serious, the examination council did a good job with the assigned tasks. After marking the exam papers, it is expected that on June 18, the Council will announce the exam results and the review period will be 10 days."
The test is suitable for the ability and has high differentiation.
At the examination sites of Gia Nghia High School and Nguyen Chi Thanh High School for the Gifted, candidates also completed the first day of examinations with two subjects: Literature and Math. The weather on the first day of examination was cool, creating a comfortable mentality for candidates.
According to the assessment of some candidates and teachers of the Literature exam (morning), the entrance exam for grade 10 of Nguyen Chi Thanh High School for the Gifted closely follows the curriculum, is not too difficult and if you review carefully and master the skills of writing literary argumentative essays, you can easily achieve a good score. Regarding the Math exam, candidates assessed it as within their ability, however, the exam still had clear differentiation.
Student Nguyen Phuong Thao, Dak R'lap district said: "With the basic knowledge learned at school, I can do 50-60% of the Literature exam. If I review carefully, I will do even better."
Tomorrow, June 9, in the morning, candidates will continue to take the English exam, and in the afternoon, they will take the specialized subject exam.
