On March 20th, the Hue Tourism Promotion Information Center announced that it had recently coordinated with an Australian Famtrip delegation to visit and experience tourism products in Hue City.
Accordingly, the Famtrip program aims to create opportunities for major Australian travel companies to survey tourism products and assess the quality of services in Hue City. In addition, it aims to promote the Australian market, which is a potential market for Hue City and Central Vietnam, and one of the leading markets in the region.
The program also aims to promote and introduce the image, culture, people, and tourist destinations of Hue as an attractive, safe, friendly, and hospitable place.

The Famtrip group visited historical sites in Hue.
Specifically, this Famtrip included approximately 20 travel companies, promotional agencies, and media outlets from Australia. In Hue City, the group spent two days and one night visiting and exploring prominent tourist attractions such as Hai Van Pass, the Hue Imperial Citadel (Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, Kien Trung Palace, etc.), Thien Mu Pagoda, the tombs of Emperor Minh Mang and Emperor Tu Duc. They also experienced and checked in at Thuy Xuan incense village and toured Hue City on a double-decker bus.
It is known that the Famtrip delegation had previously visited and surveyed tourist destinations in Quang Nam and Da Nang City. This is one of many activities within the "5 localities, 1 destination" program, jointly organized by the localities to introduce the tourist destinations of Central Vietnam in general and Hue City in particular to domestic and international tourists.
