The festive Christmas atmosphere of 2025 is spreading throughout major cities, transforming familiar streets into dazzling spaces with lights, characteristic red and green colors, and vibrant activities. In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, many locations have been elaborately decorated, becoming focal points attracting locals and tourists to visit and take記念 photos.

Christmas atmosphere in Hanoi

Hanoi, the capital city, welcomes the festive season with many creatively decorated spaces, ranging from traditional to modern, offering diverse experiences for visitors.

These churches bear the mark of history.

Hanoi Cathedral remains an indispensable symbol every Christmas season. From the beginning of December, the area is already resplendent with a giant Christmas tree, nativity scene, and warm yellow lights. It's a popular destination for young people and international tourists. Besides, Cua Bac Church and Ham Long Church are also brightly decorated, making them ideal alternatives.

Vibrant neighborhoods and complexes

Hang Ma Street, Hanoi's largest center for selling festive decorations, is adorned with countless wreaths, LED lights, and European-style accessories. Miniature displays set up in front of shops create the atmosphere of a small Christmas market.

Meanwhile, the Block D6 Trung Tu complex impresses with its alleyway, over 100 meters long, completely covered in LED lights, creating the feeling of stepping into a light tunnel. The cafes and shops here have also simultaneously changed their decorations, creating a unique festive street.

Lotte Mall Tay Ho impresses with its giant Christmas tree in the square, while The Linc ParkCity Hanoi offers a fairytale garden-like atmosphere. Particularly, the Ecopark urban area transforms Marina Arc Square into a "candy village" with a snow-covered Christmas tree, balloons, and a dazzling light display, making it an ideal destination for families.

Festive atmosphere in Ho Chi Minh City

Ho Chi Minh City is equally vibrant with its spectacularly decorated check-in spots, reflecting the city's modern and dynamic lifestyle.

The beauty of the cathedrals

Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral is one of the most elaborately decorated landmarks, featuring a lighting system of 1,000km of LED string lights. From 6:45 PM to 11:00 PM daily, the entire facade of the cathedral is illuminated with dazzling lights. In addition, Tan Dinh Church with its distinctive pink color and Mac Ty Nho Church with its ancient architecture are also popular destinations for young people.
