On November 29, the online class "Digital Education for All" was widely deployed in 100% of villages and residential groups in Hung Yen province, attracting the attention of over 300,000 people. In the context of the whole country promoting digital transformation, Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union has become a powerful extension, bringing technological knowledge to the grassroots, from urban to rural, remote and isolated areas. The class with the historically meaningful name "Digital Education for All" has recreated the spirit of national learning, but with a new goal: equipping all people with core digital skills.

The program focuses on two of the hottest topics today, presented by prestigious experts: Topic 1: Applying AI technology in learning and working (Reporter: Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Dieu) - Helping people understand and apply simple AI tools in daily life, from searching for information, supporting farming work, to lifelong learning.

The event has covered 104 communes/wards/villages/groups, a clear demonstration of the commitment to digital equity. Different from conventional training courses, "Digital Literacy for the People" targets groups of people who are easily "left behind" in the wave of technology: the elderly, farmers, and manual laborers.
