Bringing AI and public services to every home
In the context of the whole country promoting digital transformation, Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union has become a powerful extension, bringing technological knowledge to the grassroots, from urban to rural, remote and isolated areas. The class with the historically meaningful name "Digital Education for All" has recreated the spirit of national learning, but with a new goal: equipping all people with core digital skills.

The program focuses on two of the hottest topics today, presented by prestigious experts: Topic 1: Applying AI technology in learning and working (Reporter: Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Quang Dieu) - Helping people understand and apply simple AI tools in daily life, from searching for information, supporting farming work, to lifelong learning.

Topic 2: Instructions for submitting online public service applications (Reporter: Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Viet Hien) - This is a practical and direct solution to help people save time and costs when performing administrative procedures, thereby speeding up the process of building a digital government .
Closing the gap, bringing digital skills to the elderly and farmers
The event has covered 104 communes/wards/villages/groups, a clear demonstration of the commitment to digital equity. Different from conventional training courses, "Digital Literacy for the People" targets groups of people who are easily "left behind" in the wave of technology: the elderly, farmers, and manual laborers.

Thanks to the enthusiastic support and guidance of the Youth Union officials and the volunteer team, people have been equipped with the ability to access and use technology in a systematic way. This not only helps them "keep up with the digital pace" but also creates conditions for each person to become an active "digital citizen", participating in local socio -economic development activities.

This is an exemplary model of 'Central - Local - People' linkage to bring digital policies not only on paper but also spread in reality, suitable to the characteristics of each rural area.
The online class "Digital Literacy for All" is not only a technical course, but also an inspirational campaign, affirming the pioneering role of Hung Yen youth in building a comprehensive digital society, leaving no one behind.
