SSKĐT is not simply software, but also a comprehensive personal health management tool, helping people easily monitor their disease prevention, examination - treatment and health care processes. All data such as: medical history, prescriptions, test results, vaccination history, diagnostic imaging... are updated, stored and displayed synchronously on a single platform.
Thanks to this, patients no longer have to carry paper medical records, remember treatment histories or worry about losing medical records. When going to any medical facility connected to the system, doctors can access information quickly, make more accurate diagnoses, limit the need to repeat unnecessary tests, helping to save costs and time for patients.
In particular, the integration of SSKĐT
With the VNeID identification application, convenience is further increased. With just a single application on a smartphone, people can manage medical information, schedule medical appointments, receive test results or reminders to take medicine, get vaccinated... without having to install additional separate software.
To effectively implement this policy, Decree 102 requires all legal medical facilities in Vietnam to be responsible for connecting, sharing, and communicating medical data with the SSKĐT. This is a task that requires strong participation from the health sector, technology infrastructure, as well as propaganda work for people to understand and use.
In Dong Nai , many medical facilities such as Dong Nai General Hospital, Thong Nhat General Hospital, Long Khanh Regional General Hospital, etc. are actively transforming digitally and have initially recorded clear results. Doctors, nurses, and medical staff are trained to use the new system, improve their digital data processing skills, and provide more effective patient care.
The implementation of SSKĐT is not only a mandatory requirement under Decree 102, but also a major step forward in modernizing the healthcare sector, bringing many practical benefits to both people and healthcare facilities. Active efforts from healthcare units are contributing to the realization of this policy, towards a smart, connected, patient-centered healthcare system.
