Mobilizing over 4.6 billion VND to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas

QTO - Implementing the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas (NTM) and civilized urban areas", the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh commune has had many creative ways to propagate and mobilize people to effectively implement the NTM construction program in the locality.

With the motto "The State and the People work together", from 2024 up to now, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh commune has chaired and coordinated to mobilize people to contribute over 4.6 billion VND to build new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, and model new rural residential areas. Up to now, Quang Ninh commune has achieved 19/19 criteria for advanced new rural areas, 13/29 model new rural residential areas.

Implementing the “One Commune One Product” (OCOP) program, Quang Ninh commune has 7 products classified as OCOP, including 1 4-star product and 6 3-star products. The products classified as OCOP are all local staple agricultural products, traditional in nature and have the potential to be developed into commodities.

In order for the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" to go into depth, in the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quang Ninh commune will continue to strengthen propaganda work, raise people's awareness of the meaning, goals, content, and implementation methods to create consensus among all classes of people to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Along with that, mobilize social resources to implement sustainable poverty reduction, develop rural areas in a modern direction, and improve the material and spiritual life of the people.
