Hoa Lu District Youth Union summarizes the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in the first 6 months of the year

On the morning of July 12, Hoa Lu District Youth Union held a conference to review the work of the Youth Union and the youth and children's movement in the first 6 months of the year, deploy key tasks for the last 6 months of 2024 and summarize the contest to learn about "Uncle Ho with Ninh Binh - Ninh Binh studying and following Uncle Ho".

In the first 6 months of the year, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Hoa Lu district has been united, focused on directing and effectively implementing key tasks. In particular, it has focused on implementing activities to educate political ideology, ethics and lifestyle for young people in the area.

The youth volunteer movement has been actively implemented by the Youth Union at all levels with practical projects and tasks such as: lighting up rural roads and rural traffic routes; mural roads; blooming electric poles; building and repairing playgrounds for youth and children; inaugurating the youth tree line project; organizing "Green Sunday"...

In addition, training and professional skills training for Youth Union officials, and the work of introducing outstanding Youth Union members for the Party to consider admission are focused on... Major activities of the Youth Union continue to be well organized, demonstrating the youth's strength to welcome major political events of the Youth Union, the Party, and the country.

In particular, to practically celebrate the 55th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh 's Testament (1969 - 2024), the 65th anniversary of Uncle Ho's visit to Ninh Binh (1959 - 2024), the Standing Committee of Hoa Lu District Youth Union launched the Contest to learn about "Uncle Ho with Ninh Binh - Ninh Binh studying and following Uncle Ho". As a result, 100% of the Youth Union and Junior High School Unions in the whole district launched and responded to participate in the Contest.

The Organizing Committee received 1,368 entries and the Jury organized the scoring and selected quality entries to award prizes. Among them, there was 1 first prize, 2 second prizes, 6 third prizes, 6 consolation prizes and 1 collective prize.

The contest to learn about "Uncle Ho and Ninh Binh - Ninh Binh studying and following Uncle Ho" has become a widespread political activity attracting the participation of many youth union members and teenagers in the district.

Through the Contest, we continue to affirm the great achievements that the Party Committee, government and people of Ninh Binh have achieved after 55 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament and 65 years of implementing his teachings when he visited Ninh Binh and wrote letters to inquire, praise and encourage the Party Committee and people of Ninh Binh province.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee of the Contest "Uncle Ho and Ninh Binh - Ninh Binh studying and following Uncle Ho" awarded prizes to the winning groups and individuals.
