Jaysonlei practices green living with minimalism

According to Jaysonlei, this mindfulness is demonstrated by focusing on what one truly needs and enjoys. He also encourages people to eat plenty of vegetables, drink plenty of water, and maintain a friendly attitude towards those around them.

At 7 PM on November 15th, Jaysonlei performed at the Vietnam Green Day event at the Youth Cultural Center, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.

Among the 30 contestants of "Brother Say Hi " Season 2, Jaysonlei is a standout newcomer. Born in 2004, he possesses a youthful face, a bright smile, excellent dancing and singing skills, and especially a humorous way of speaking.

Through his relentless efforts, after 8 episodes, Jaysonlei remains strong in the program and is gradually proving his abilities.

Recently, the song "Sooner or Later" by the band Robber, of which Jaysonlei is a member, has become a sensation, reaching the number 1 spot on Trending Videos in Vietnam, making it into the top 5 of the YouTube Chart, and accumulating nearly 1 million views in just a few days after its release.

Jaysonlei shared that "Brother Say Hi" is one of the biggest music platforms in Vietnam for young artists today, where all eyes are on them. As a young artist who believes in his individuality and music, he wanted to test himself to see if he deserved to be a part of the "Say Hi universe."

To succeed in this profession requires more than just talent.

Jaysonlei, whose real name is Le Ho Phuoc Thinh, is 22 years old and describes himself as a cheerful, talkative person who lives a simple life and enjoys meeting friends to relax.

He explained his unusual name: "I've loved American movies since I was a child and noticed that people named 'Jayson' often have strong personalities, like Jayson Tatum, Jason Statham, or Jason Derulo."

They exude confidence and dare to live life to the fullest, believing in what they do. I want my stage name to reflect that spirit: modern and cool. And 'Lei' is simply the English spelling of the surname Le in my real name.”

Jaysonlei shared: “My love for music started very early, probably in second grade, when I first heard a song by Justin Bieber – who later became a huge idol and inspired me to pursue music seriously.”

Jaysonlei also revealed that he auditioned for Vietnam Idol Kids as a child but was eliminated in the first round. Despite this, he never gave up his passion: he continues to sing, compose, and practice every day to this day.

By participating in "Brother Say Hi," Jaysonlei learned many things, from maintaining professional discipline and self-improvement to spreading positive energy despite a busy and stressful schedule.

“Working alongside my colleagues, I've come to understand why they're so beloved, and I've realized that to succeed in this profession, talent alone isn't enough; you also need the right attitude and relentless effort. Although there was a bit of 'chaos' at times, it helped me learn how to live more positively, simply, and effectively,” Jaysonlei concluded.
