II Combine, a major Korean company of the world- famous eyewear brand Gentle Monster, has purchased a 305.62 square meter luxury house in Gangnam, Seoul for 28.5 billion won ($20.7 million) in cash, without any debt. This is the largest real estate acquisition in Korea this year.
The company's strong growth and financial strength don't stop there. Last November, the company spent 34 billion won (about $24.5 million) to build a commercial and office building with a total area of 445.21 square meters.
