The Spanish media's interest in Barcelona's Harry Kane deal quickly received a clear response from the striker himself. In an interview with Sport Bild , Kane confirmed that he had not contacted Barca and had not received any offers.
“I haven’t spoken to anyone. No one has contacted me. I feel comfortable with the present, although I haven’t talked to Bayern about the future,” said the striker, who has scored 23 goals this season.
Kane stressed that he is happy with life in Munich and is in no rush to make a decision. “I am happy here. You can see that in the way I play. If there is anything to discuss with Bayern, we will talk. I am not thinking about next season. The World Cup is in the summer. The possibility of a change after this season is very low,” he added.
Asked if Bayern fans should be worried, Kane was confident: “No, I don't think so.”
The England captain has previously said that talks about his future will take place later. “Not next month. Maybe next year. We will discuss it then. Everything is fine. I feel good. No one needs to worry,” he concluded.
According to the contract terms, Kane can leave Bayern in the summer of 2026 if a club activates the 65 million euro release fee before January 31, 2026. However, with what has just been announced, this possibility does not seem to be in the English striker's plans.
